The nurse at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. They definitely care about their patients’ privacy and making sure you have a clear understanding of what they are doing. This was the smoothest process. I received a live scan, physical, and TB test all at one time and I was only there for 40 minutes!!

Great place for a live scan and TB! Enjoyed the great customer service and conversations while getting my tests done from Guadalupe V! She even pronounced my name right every time. Appreciate the staff here! Wish most places were just like this. Thanks ladies !!

I had a great experience here . Usually I’m a little nervous about vaccines & getting my blood drawn but BOTH Lupe and Zara were so so sweet the entire time. Lupe drew my blood & Zara did my fingerprints & it went super smooth with both. They r the best lol

Incredibly fast and affordable services! Came in for a physical and a TB test before starting a new job and I was in and out of the office in 25 minutes. Staff was incredibly personable; I was helped by Zara and she was stellar! Very friendly and professional with better guest care than I have received at any other walk-in clinic. I would gladly recommend this facility for their services and I’m very happy I found it!

The staff was amazing! On both times that I came in, they had excellent customer service and they were very professional and friendly.

Very good customer service. Explained everything well for my TB test. Less than 5 min wait to get it done and read. The only con is parking can be difficult, but its the holiday season. Cant avoid that.

(Concord location) Had an appointment at 9am (their opening hour) - instructions on the email confirmation state to arrive 15 mins prior to appointment. I arrive 15 minutes before and hear people talking so knock on the door. No answer. I wait 5 minutes and knock again. Veronica I think her name was (not sure but wears glasses) answers with an attitude and say “we open at 9” points to the sign and begin to close the door in my face. I apologize and say sorry your email said to arrive early. (How I’m suppose to know? I’m following your directions provided). Then she again says “we open at 9” and then shuts the door. Person at the desk was nicer and tried to accommodate. But honestly just an unnecessary way to begin an encounter. A “sorry about that, we just need another minute to set up” would have been totally fine and I would have happily waited. Unprofessional and just mean girl energy. Will not recommend this location to my healthcare team

The three nurses I got to visit and talk with today were so nice and so helpful! I have been so stressed in life (about to start nursing school), and they all 3 were able to take such a big weight off my shoulders and help me with my vaccines. Thank you Veronica, Lupe, and Brooke!!

I greatly appreciate the person on staff was understanding me being a few minutes late as due I misunderstood the given floor of the building. Additionally I appreciate extra questions in general were answered so effectively in a timely manner. Happy Holidays!

I went for livescan fingerprinting and it was a great experience! The nurses were very nice, helpful, and seemed to enjoy what they do. The appointment was quick and easy. They have great reviews for a reason! :)

I have been to multiple WellnessMart locations and other places that offer Live Scan fingerprinting, this WellnessMart in Concord is the best. Staff is friendly, helpful and great to chat with. The did my fingerprinting so well and fast where most places struggle due to my hand size and oily hands. I will definitely continue to go back to this location.

This had been my second visit with WellnessMart, and service has been great for me. My appointment was not until 1:20 pm I arrived around a little after 11 AM and they were able to see me early and I was in and out .

All the nurses working there were super nice, friendly, and time efficient! Answered all my questions and I was able to get everything done to start my new job. I didn’t even know this kind of building existed for pre-employment services. Thanks Nurse Brooke and Nurse Zara!

Went in for livescan fingerprinting, the process was quick and seamless and the employees were super sweet. Highly recommend making an appointment here if these are the qualities you are in search of for your onboarding process with your new company!

Went here for a Livescan and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It felt like an authentic, personal interaction rather than simply a task to complete. Very positive experience. Also: I was late because my printer didnt work and I stopped at a print shop on the way to print my LiveScan and TB clearance documents. Turned out I didnt need to -- WellnessMart had already printed them out for me after I scheduled my appointment. I was also able to be seen immediately despite being late.

This was my first visit to Wellnessmart, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. Lupita conducted my TB test and Live Scan, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with her assistance. She was professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and quick. I highly recommend her and Wellnessmart for anyone seeking similar services.

I went here to get my physical, tb skin test and live scan fingerprinting done. so convenient being able to get so much done in one appointment! at first, i was sketch about the building, but once i got to the actual office, it was so great!! the ladies at the reception area are so friendly and nice! they answered all of the questions i had and were so patient with me, so so helpful. i was in and out quick too, the employees there very efficient and clear with their explanations while doing procedures.

Getting my TB test & results + finger print live scan was quick and an easy process thanks to the employees.

Zara was excellent and kind explained the process very well and knows how to attend patients 10/10!!

I went to this wellnessmart twice and they were very welcoming and accommodating! I got a blood test here as well as a live scan. It was very fast I walked in and there wasn’t a line and the process was simple!

The whole team was interested in helping and finding solutions. And in the exams, they were quick and attentive. Good job.

This is my experience in Concord office. Great staff!! Efficient and courteous, professional. Only suggestion is that the plastic “LEGO” bench is hard to sit on, a cushion pad would help a lot! Thank you!!

Honestly I was a little sketch about the building but I have never seen nicer lab techs in my life! Everyone was so friendly and helpful even though I was a 4pm walk-in and they close at 5! Processed quickly as well.

The two ladies upon entering were amazing the personal communication skills are awesome. I was greeted in a professional manner and the ladies were very polite, respectful and informative. Mrs. Maureen was very patient and compassionate she also communicated well. Karyme was also very respectful, polite and patient which are very good qualities for working in their field. However; Ms. Veronica could use some training in responding to her customers and/or patients on first onset. Veronica was rude and showed no patience. I attempted to ask her a question twice and she was rude in her response almost as if she was talking to a child as I am a 61 year old woman. I hope she is given a talk about customer training and response.Thank youSharon

The ladies at the front desk were not only professional, but very efficient and very effective at their jobs as well. I went to another clinic down the street for a medical procedure that takes less than 2 minutes to perform. However, I was waiting for hours just to be seen, with no logical explanation or order to their triage procedures. As a new patient at WellnessMart, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I will gladly recommend to all my family and friends!

Service was great here. Brook the LVN was so nice she took good care of me during my visit. 10/10 service & they were fast.

Everyone was cordial. One person was almost like a robot, but the rest were smiles and happy. The building brought back horrible memories. The check in process is a bit tedious.

I’ve been to the concord location twice for employment physicals and tb testing clearance and I’ve had hassle free experiences both times. This location on the second floor of the building, not crowded and very efficient. Check in process was easy, I was in and out of there fairly quickly, and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely come back to WellnessMart-concord for my pre/employment needs.

I came to WellnessMart for my school physical, TB Test and Lab Titers. I was in between insurance coverages but my school had strict deadlines. I came here and they took care of everything at low costs compared to everywhere else. The concord staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating! This facility is really clean and the staff are warm and welcoming. This facility is on the second floor of the pink lower level building just a fyi with no front signage in front, but it’s easy to locate once you’re inside. Very convenient place.
