I was recommended this place by a relative of mine and I’m happy I took her advice! First impressions are everything and as soon as I walked in, I was quite pleased. The clinic was extremely clean and smelled amazing. Yvette and Jolene were so nice and helpful! I gained so much weight after giving birth and I’m very uncomfortable right now but the girls here were so nice and friendly, they made me smile. I was so impressed with my experience that I recommended my friends and coworkers! Keep up the great work, Get Well Clinic!

Better off elsewhere.Response to the owner :I posted my opinion and left out al litany of complaints. After your your response, perhaps I shouldn’t have.I used no vulgar language, watch your cameras, then fire the girl behind the counter because she’s full of it or don’t ,because clearly you could care less.No one told me not to return in October especially seeing as I was not there in person. I called in was charged and given a prescription. Check the date on the prescription in the photo that I attached. In October I was your patient and I was given enough medication to last me until the other day,so when I was trying to ask questions about my refill and the dosage the girl behind the counter inexplicably had already decided I was mad or a problem when I walked in the door. this is after she had blown me off on the phone twice. I was not mad,I was dumbfounded. I asked her for her bosses information and she said they are not here and walked away mumbling something inaudible and most likely non-complementary. Her preconceived notion and your incorrect notes or charts about who I am as a patient caused this without a doubt, along with her unprofessionalism. Your cameras will show this, watch them.Absolutely nobody told me not to return in October when I called in for a refill exactly like I did the other day. If they had, I would’ve happily taken my business elsewhere.I called into your clinic, and paid them 100 bucks to call in a refill and it was called in for me no problem. Who calls in a prescription and then tell somebody never to call back ? No one. I think you got your people facts mixed up ,actually I know you do.Seeing as I was reminded all your phone calls are recorded, hopefully you have somebody on record telling me not to come back in October,but I bet you don’t because it never happened. I was never there in person in October. I only spoke to someone on the phone and never contacted you in any way until 48 hours ago. Listen to your call log from October 2 , or maybe delete it to cover your backside?Clearly you have a record keeping problem when it comes to patient notes and extremely thin skin when it comes to questions and criticism.That being said, I was told the provider was going to contact me. They never did. I now know the person on the phone knew the provider wasn’t going to contact me and lied to me. Coward.The following day I was blown off on the phone when I was hung up on ,then I was spoken to rudely and denied Information about my prescription, refill and medical treatment.I’m glad you called the police because if there was anything that I did incorrectly or broke any law, I’d be in jail, but all I did was call you out on your mistake, asked to speak to the person in charge,and Instead of talking to me, you cowardly call the police with this story after I leave without incident. Typical cheap move,by a “business” run by even cheaper people who should have their license revoked, and I will do everything in my power to facilitate that.Interesting to note you call the police after I made it clear that if I do not get some kind of response, I would be taking the refusal of information and assistance with your prescription up with Texas HHS.In order to not get in any kind of trouble with TX HHS I would assume you need some kind of excuse, even if untrue, and this clearly is what bogus story you’re going to use. The problem is that I can prove it false. Along with my pictures, prescription records, credit card transaction, phone records and video I will absolutely file with the state and you have that to look forward to as a result.Your entire story, as told by your staff and yourself, is a fictitious attempt to justify your ignorance and is as pathetic as your chop shop’s professionalism.I guess this is what I get for going to a prescription factory as opposed to a well established clinic. Spend the extra money go somewhere you’re treated like a human and where they keep accurate patient notes. These people can not be trusted to do so in any way.

I love this office! They are always so kind and welcoming. I look forward to my weekly visits with them. I highly recommend them for your health needs!

Ashley was very kind and friendly not only on the phone, but also in person when I arrived. The College Station clinic was clean and organized nicely without even a five minute wait time. She remembered our conversation from two days before. She answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how to do my injections and that I was comfortable doing them myself. I give the clinic a five star review as I cant rate any higher. Thank you for your kindness and making me feel safe and cared for. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you again!

My mom and I love this clinic. The customer service is amazing and they are always willing to help out. Both ladies Ashley and Connly are extremely supportive in our weight lost journey. In total we lost about 20lbs in 3 months. I highly recommend this clinic.

Due to working nights I rarely have any energy to do anything. I finally stayed awake long enough to go by the clinic and boy was it worth it. The staff were very nice and professional, the office was nice and clean and my overall experience was great! I would definitely recommend the Get Well Clinic to all my friends, family and anyone looking to have a life changing experience!

I had zero wait, staff was very welcoming & friendly! Didn’t take long at all, I was in & out quickly, fast-effective & efficient! Can’t wait to go back. Started my weight loss medication today and called the office to ask a couple questions. The staff person was very helpful and informative. So excited to start this weight loss journey.

OMG! I must say, this place is amazing and they are so so sweet and answered all my questions. The lady in the front Shakanda is the sweetest and so helpful. I definitely recommend this clinic. No appointment is necessary! The front desk is so informative. She answered all my questions. It’s super affordable. They do sick and weight-loss appointment. It’s so convenient.

This clinic is amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are very affordable and quick. I went in for the weight loss program a little over a week ago and I’ve already lost 11 lbs. Definitely recommend.

I had been looking for a weight loss clinic in town and that didnt charge $100s of for the program. Was driving down Southwest Parkway and saw the clinic and was very excited to see it opened. I would definitely recommend this clinic and its services.
