Dr. Susan Fosnot - Allure Gynecology and Aesthetics

Incredibly warming and caring!! My new PCP referred me to Dr. Fosnot and I was so happy after my first visit. The staff is amazing. They took their time to get to know me and Dr. Fosnot was so warm and caring. She really took her time with me. I needed it!! My hormones and other things have been all over the place lately. After I left my appointment I truly felt like I was heard and understood. So thankful I found her!!

My wife has had Dr. Fosnot as her doctor for almost 20 years. Clearly, a one star review of this practice does not accurately reflect on her or her practice. It is definitely an outlier. Usually disgruntled reviews in the midst of raving reviews means that something did not sit well (which in a medical office is usually because of a bill that was not paid by the patient or for a claim that was denied by insurance or something that has nothing to do with the actual office or something out of the hands from the office). You can tell from all the other five star reviews that she is incredible. Her office staff are warm, inviting and friendly and always very helpful. Their office goes above and beyond. You will not find another office quite like this one. If I could give her 10,000 stars I would.

If you’re looking for a gynecologist, COME HERE! I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a gynecologist at this practice. Dr. Fosnot was incredibly attentive, understanding, and truly listened to me. I felt completely comfortable and at ease, knowing I could speak openly about anything. She has such a genuine and caring approach that made me feel heard and cared for. The entire staff was also wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and quick to assist. Despite all those 5 star reviews, we had different experience. We found the doctor and her practice forceful and almost bullies. Would not recommend. My wide would rather see a vet that Dr Fosnot. She would get more empathy

I booked my annual pap with Allure Gynecology after seeing the awesome reviews and learning that the doctor is a DO. She is hands down the best gynecologist Ive had! I would definitely recommend her. I feel so fortunate to have become a patient of Allure Gynecology. Dr. Susan Fosnot and her staff are professional and yet welcoming. Going in for an appointment is so comfortable largely because of the Dr. and staff’s friendliness. If you are looking for a Dr. that listens and cares and a supporting staff that is efficient and friendly you will be happy with this practice.

My 90 year old mom needed a closer dr to receive her pellets. She found Dr Fosnot, so I went with her on her first appt. Dr Fosnot was awesome and recommended a cream instead of the pellets. I thought mom was in great hands. HUGE MISTAKE. Dr. Fosnot never followed up with her to make sure the cream was being put on correctly or working. My mom had some questions so she took it upon herself to make an appointment. It took a couple of tries, but mom finally got an appointment after Dr Fosnot was back from vacation. Mom happened to be in the same building for an appointment with another dr, the day of her appointment, so she went to Dr Fosnots office to see if they could squeeze her in rather than leaving and coming back. They graciously told her yes, then kept her there for over three hours without seeing her! Needless to say, my mom got very upset. Rather than apologizing to my mom, they refunded her money and sent her a certified letter terminating her as a patient because of lack of mutual report. All Dr Fosnot or staff had to do was tell her they were to busy and could not squeeze her in, or try and after 30 minutes, apologize and give my mom an option to stay or leave. Instead, they kept a 90 year old woman in her office for over 3 hours until my mom walked out, then terminated her. About halfway thru, my mom started to leave and my mom saw Dr Fosnot in the hall. When my mom told her how long she was waiting, Dr Fosnots response was I am only one Dr. My mom went back into the office because she wanted answers to her questions and waited another 11/2 hours before actually leaving without the answers to her questions. My mom is an extremely active, healthy 90 year old woman, who people think is closer to 70 than 90. It is very sad that she was treated so poorly, then terminated. Think twice about getting treatment from Dr Fosnot.

Great office staff and OBGYN. They always make me feel comfortable and Im not just a number. Even having gone through a procedure at this office, I always felt taken care of. They listen, answer questions without judgment, and are timely. Ive never had a problem with their billing department. They also offer short notice appointments without amy hassle or long wait times. I highly recommend Dr. Fosnot and her wonderful staff!

I went for a second opinion regarding medication. The staff were very nice and thorough. The one office staff member was masked and explained she was recovering from a cold and had another staff come in for hands on few things that needed to be done. Dr Fosnot was delightful, knowledgeable, explained all the choices we could consider. She took the time to even research medications and coverage. We discussed options and came up with a plan. I was utterly impressed by the thoroughness of Ida, the nurse who spent about 30 mins asking me questions on my health history as a new patient. Took a while to be called in… once I was in the office the Doctors assistant went over all my paperwork that I had filled out prior to my appointment. I am so happy I found Dr. Fosnot. It has become so hard to find doctors who take the time to listen to your concerns. She was so kind and addressed every concern I had without making me feel rushed.

These days when most businesses and or physicians treat their patients/customers has numbers that wasnt the case with Dr. Fosnot and her staff. They are very patient and professional. Highly recommend for womens Care.

I’m a long time patient of Dr.Fosnot’s and finally got to visit her new office today! The office is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. Dr. Fosnot and her awesome staff of medical professionals have the best beside manner that I have ever encountered which is saying a lot being that I am a RN, BSN aka “Nurse” with very high expectations/I’m picky on where & who provides me medical care. My mother and I both have entrusted our care to Dr.Fosnot for the last 15 yrs. with only great things to say even after all these yrs. She never disappoints. This is a Doctor who truly listens to her patients, cares about her patients, never makes her patients feel like just another number, and doesn’t rush out of the room without answering questions/concerns. Dr. Fosnot & her staff of medical professionals (always) give the necessary care/treatment information so that I am able to make the best informed decisions regarding my care. I had a consultation with her for Botox. I received great education on Botox procedures, explanation of what to expect, pre/post procedure care instructions, and received all covered information in writing via text message sent to me from her website. The Botox procedure today was my 1st ever & I was a little nervous.Dr. Fosnot answered all my questions, talked me through the process beforehand, explained what she was doing during the entire procedure, had medical professionals assisting with the process, & they actually held my hand during the Botox when I was anxious putting me more at ease. I had no bruising, redness, or even swelling within 45 min. after the Botox procedure which is great since I’m working this weekend lol. Dr.Fosnot was so gentle that I didn’t even feel the injections. I’m very satisfied with the outcome thus far & it’s only been about 5 hrs. after. This is a long review but I just can’t stress enough how much I really appreciate the amazing care that Dr. Fosnot & her medical staff deliver at this office. I look forward to receiving care here for many more years to come for both aesthetic & gynecological needs!

Great experience as a non-binary person. Had multiple options and preferred name for gender on intake forms. Small staff, only one doctor which was a plus for me as I knew who I would be seeing. Front desk staff was accommodating for my sensory needs, putting the tv on mute in the waiting room so I could fill out paperwork. Only gave it 4 stars just because there were no appointment confirmation via text or email option, and the paperwork couldn’t be filled out beforehand because it was only paper forms.

The staff are all the nicest! I was desperate for a same day appt and after calling about 20 places, this office was able to squeeze me in. The office is super clean and super peaceful. It took a nerve racking experience and made it ok.

On first visit - Doctor and team took a great deal of time ensuring they had a complete health history. Nurse and Doctor both did not rush and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend.
