RECOMMENDED!! The visit was very timely and quick despite having to fill out registration in person and without an appointment. I came on a Saturday right after lunch. My wait time in the lobby was five minutes after filling out paperwork. After vitals were taken, I was seen by the practitioner in less than ten minutes. I did not even finish one page of the book that I brought.It was clean, extra masks were available. I was treated respectfully by all of the staff and my concerns were addressed. The wait time was outstanding. Thank you.

Excellent service from checking in to check out! The medical assistant greeting me with a smile and she checked me in immediately. Very pleasant and professional experience. My doctor was very polite and knowledgeable she takes care of me every single visitI met her on my last visit and she remembered me yesterday. Just wanted everyone to know you are in good hands when you visit this office

I utilized the virtual check in to save a place in line. It does help as they can be quite busy. I feel like people’s timeline expectations of places like this are silly. I’ve waited way longer at my own doctor office for appointments made months in advance. The young lady at check in was pleasant and as quick as possible given technology and all the boxes needing to be checked. My nurse was great and explained everything she was doing. She was gentle and kind. And finally the doc was informative and thorough. I would not hesitate to go back again.

I had a good first experience with x-rays. My mom and I were in and out within minutes. All of the process was taken care at the Blue Island location and we were sent to the Mt Greenwood location for the x-rays. The staff at Mt Greenwood were great and super fast. The two girls in the front were nice and made conversation with my toddler. One of them even gave her a goody bag. Thank you so much ladies!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. I came in as a walk-in and was immediately made to feel welcome. The entire staff was so kind and caring. From the personable receptionist to the physicians assistant taking the vitals to the nurse practitioner, everyone genuinely cares about the wellbeing of each patient. Loretta was simply the best. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable, she instantly made me feel better with her gentle demeanor and wonderful bedside manner.

My experience at Midwest Express Clinic on 111th near Kedzie in Chicago Illinois has always been exceptional. The staff is dynamite. Nikiya, Key, Yecenia and Evasia professionalism is on point. They cater to the patients. I will not leave out the provider Debbie. I simply loves her attitude. Debbie is intensely demur. Debbie is attentive, prompt, a great listener, understanding, empathetic, polite and pleasant as well. I love it!!!! The atmosphere is relaxing. This is my go to clinic. I appreciate everyone.

This is my 3rd time visiting and it’s always a pleasure. Even at peak business time, you’re in and out. They don’t rush you and answer your questions. The front desk, nurses and doctors are great.

I cut my finger very badly, across my entire knuckle. All of the staff (the front desk clerk, triage nurse and doctor) at the Mount Greenwood location were kind. Dr. Natalie was very patient with me, as I explained how the wound made me feel very woozy. She made sure to talk to me the entire time we were together in such a calming and reassuring way. She stitched me up beautifully, and made sure I was completely ok before I left.

They are always great in service delivery. The care, empathy, attention to my treatment made the process amazing. I left feeling better and even got my follow up results late last night. This is why Im a returning patient.

I was In a lot of pain suspecting I have an ovarian cyst. I was happy to see that I could be seen here by a doctor AND get an ultrasound the same day to figure out this pain.The thought of going to an emergency room. Waiting hours and hours paying a huge deductible before getting an answer was daunting and was keeping me from seeking care.Then it occurred to me to see help at urgent care center I was so happy to see I could go here and get help! I always thought urgent care was for colds. Not ultrasounds and xrays. Wonderful service.(I want to stress that Im not discouraging emergency rooms if necessary but in my case. I had pain. No fever. No vomiting. So I was urgent but not emergency.)I saw Dr. Debbie who is just wonderful. Her pleasant demeanor instantly put me at ease because I was really scared. But her advice and diagnosis made me feel better.With her assessment and ultrasound results I had information that I took to my regular doctor. Getting into a regular too takes days.If I had gone to emergency room it would have been thousands of dollars and hours of waiting. A doctor visit here at midwest urgent and ultrasound. 250 dollars and 2 hours. Best money I ever spent.Thank you so much Dr. Debbie you helped me so much to put me at ease and help me to figure out what to do!

Wonderful clinic! The full staff here is nice and respectful. Warm welcoming with smiling faces and positive energy. Clean facility, kid friendly and spacious. I was seen by Renita, Deborah & Ruby they are amazing, overall 10/10 experience

I have been to the Midwest Clinic about 4 times in the last 2 weeks as each family member fell ill. They have the most kind and personable staff! It’s the only clinic I will go to now! The doctors take their time and hear you. Makes you feel better to have that nice environment when you’re sick!

I was a walk and was seen within 45 minutes, they were all so nice, fast and very detailed! Thanks to Natalie she was awesome and very helpful!

My provider was super Amazing quick and efficient. The front desk was awesome intaking my information and the triage person was amazing as well. I will recommend this clinic to anyone. They get you in and out and the facility is clean. 🙂

Giving it one star is generous. This Place was horrible! Went in because I wasnt sure if stitches were needed and were told to leave it open with no bandage when it was actively bleeding. Melinda was the worst!! I did better caring for it myself. DO NOT GO THERE!

I was a Walk-In at the Mt Greenwood location. Everyone there - from the front desk receptionist, to the medical assistant, to NP W. Sideras - was very pleasant, caring, and competent! Great service - I highly recommend this clinic!

I went to Midwest Express Clinic and was greeted with such a warm and caring receptionist.The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. The wait time was extremely reasonable, not like most clinics. When taken in the back, it was very clean and organized. The Nurse was very nice, friendly and efficient. She took such great care of me. I highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic to everyone. The clinic itself is great. I have visited a few times and always received good care. I was double charged on recent visits and the billing department is hard to reach and is not refunding me for the double charges.

Expedient friendly professional and brilliant! The staff may have been all women but they were also extremely efficient organized in a very clean office. Thank you for being there when I had a tick lodged in my arm!

The service and care I received was fine. The problem was with the billing service. Paid the visit in full in July. And I’m still receiving bills that I supposedly owed them now in December. Even though I called 5 times and I was told that they had my receipt on file. That it just wasn’t applied to bill. Honestly such a headache and nuisance

Arrived at 9 ish receptions was courteous waited 20 minutes led into the triage very professional medical assistant performed basic tests she was very efficient tests were immediately sent to the lab led to another room waited 5 minutes the dr diagnosed me wrote a Rx medical assistant administered shots gave instructions & I was on my way all in LESS THAN 1 HOUR only concern was that everything was over the counter. Pedilite Tylenol & cough medicine which costs more than the office visit. What happened to the Doctors writing Rx for the above??

I registered on line and filled out all the forms. The wait was not long for first thing in the morning. The nurse was extremely efficient and explained everything before she proceeded with the Covid, flu, and strep tests.Dr. Will entered shortly with diagnosis and sent script to the pharmacy. Started the medication and within a day I started feeling better. Rating is a 10 on a scale 1 a 10.Thank you to the team from MEC Mt. Greenwood.

Was seen today at the Mt Greenwood location. Ranita took fantastic care of me in triage. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.I forgot to mention my provider was also fantastic and had jokes for days and knew so much about tennis. Unfortunately, I had so much fun talking to him. He distracted me from the pain in my leg, but I forgot his name. I feel terrible about that.

Midwest Clinic on 111th S Kedzie definitely get 2 thumbs up. I went there because I was experiencing back spasms. I was greeted with a smile, which made checking in easy. The nurse and doctor was also amazing. I would recommend this clinic and location for all non-emergency symptoms.

The wait was short and the doctor and nurse were very thorough. The doctor was able to remove an obstruction in my ear canal in under a minute. Thanks!

I WAS WELCOMED IMMEDIATELY UPON WALKING IN. THE ADMINISTRATOR AT THE DESK GOT RIGHT TO ME. I LIKED THAT IT WASNT A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THE WAITING AREA. THE 3 PEOPLE THAT WERE THERE BEFORE ME, WERE GETTING CALLED IMMEDIATELY. SOON AS I WAS DONE FILLING OUT PAPERWORK... MAYBE 1 MINUTE LATER I WAS BEING CALLED.... IT FELT GREAT. THE NURSE THAT CALLED ME WAS PATIENT, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING. I WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN TO THE ROOM TO SEE THE DOCTOR. HE CAME IN EQUALLY AS COMPASSIONATE & KNOWLEDGEABLE. VERY HELPFUL & WELCOMING AS WELL. GREAT PLACE WILL RETURN. NO ISSUES ABOUT BILLING INFO EITHER THAT PART WAS REALLY GREAT

My experience was very pleasant though I came in pain the nurse/aide who I spoke with was just so patient and very helpful I am sad I did not get her name but she had the best looking black hair I would definitely go back to the clinic because of the great service the doctor was also a star!

Let me tell you. I have had an ear infection for over a week I could take it any more. I went to a clinic by my house they had a long line. I came here. I was seeing a nurse they found a piece of my hearing in my ear removed it. But the infection was in both ears. I got my anti biotic and Im doing much better

Really quick service that addressed my needs. Everyone was Really kind, sweet and funny. I definitely enjoyed my visit more so than my regular doctor’s office. The doctor was very thorough and informative.

Each time I have visited MEC in Mount Greenwood, the experience has been great! Every staff member has been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The process is seamless and there is never a wait over 15 minutes. Great place to go when you are ailing and need help.

I like how the doctor are honest and make sure to do the best they can to understand what’s is happing or why I have those symptoms I am having. Doctor is really nice and friendly

The provider was very nice and really related to both of my teenagers. He was kind and was able to lighten the mood to make them feel comfortable. He was jolly and easy and comfortable to be around.

The entire staff was so nice. Surprisingly, I was able to get in and out within one hour. I needed a physical for work and everything went so smoothly. This location is small and the parking isn’t the best but outside of that, I think they are really good. Thank you MEC 🥰

I was frustrated and uncomfortable from the heat when I arrived. I immediately calmed with the pleasant and professional greeting I received upon entering the door! I had been to other locations but unable to receive services. I was directed to your location and I am grateful! I was seen expeditiously, and thanks to your front desk staff ( so sorry I cant remember names but thank you beautiful young lady) for finding and returning my keys. Highly recommend this patient centered facility!

Was just charged for a visit in which they quite literally did NOTHING for me besides waste my time. After 1 hour of waiting, finally saw a Doctor (idk if she was even a doctor) who said I needed an X-ray, which I already knew. Their X-ray technician went home for the day before 2pm when I was there, so I was out of luck. I was sent to a different Midwest Express Clinic by the “doctor” who promised they’d have a technician. Upon arrival, their technician was ALSO gone for the day. Mind you, this other location was in Tinley Park (30-40 mins away). I sought elsewhere to have my issue resolved, assuming I would not be charged as no service was provided. Instead, I had a good four hours of my time wasted, and I had to pay to do so. I strongly recommend you GO ELSEWHERE.

Thankfully, it was a fast process, and really enjoyed Michelle, she was fantastic, she was so nice and pleasant to deal with especially when feeling under the weather!

Service was good from reception to seeing the medical professionals. Nurse practitioner was on point and took time to answer my questions and put me on the right treatment.

Our family has used this clinic numerous times. The staff is friendly and efficient. Doctors and nurses have been friendly and knowledgeable. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy immediately and they have been helpful when I have had to call back with follow up questions.

No matter how packed or hectic it is in there, the team always manage to be very kind, funny, caring, and sweet. I live an hour across town, and I always come to this location specifically because of their gentleness and care☺️ They even go out of their way to clean the bathroom for you even when they are busy! I really love the team at the Mount Greenwood location.

I was able to schedule online to save time. It was convenient as well because they were able to see me in the evening (7:30) on a friday. The doctor was thorough and respectful, and very knowledgeable.

I recently had the opportunity to visit a clinic, and I must say, it was a cozy and inviting environment. The staff there were quite efficient in getting patients in and out, ensuring a smooth experience. The receptionist was particularly great, providing excellent service and making me feel welcome.Now, lets talk about my medical assistant, Renita. She was an absolute doll! Not only was she sweet and caring, but she also had a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable during the visit. Unlike other medical assistants, she wasnt overly chatty, which I appreciated. It felt like I was talking to my own sister as she gathered the necessary information about my reason for being there.If given the opportunity to choose my medical assistant, it would be Renita every time. Her compassionate nature and professionalism made the entire experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic for your clinical needs, as it truly feels like a homey place where you can receive excellent care.

Had an allergic reaction. Walked in @ 8:00a, was in my car by 8:23a.What an AMAZING GROUP of women! The customer service upon arrival, the triage, the diagnosis... I visited Midwest clinic at a very emotional time I had been discharged from St Marys hospital my blood pressure was out of control my sugar numbers were out of control they had put me on all new medications but I was advised by the very professional and competent doctor that I should always go to my hospital and not just go to any hospital and I should return to my previous medications after doing that my numbers came down and I was very grateful to have visited with Midwestz,🥰

The wait time was not long, the customer service was great and the nurse and Dr was excellent.

I was a walk-in, but was still seen within an hour, and the facility was very busy. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The assistant that took me to an exam room was as well. I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner that saw me. She didnt rush me and asked pertinent questions as to my illness. I felt very confident in her ability. The facility was clean, although the exam rooms were very cold. I left feeling confident in my choice to go there. Total time was around an hour and forty minutes which I think was excellent for such a busy day.

My check-in and appointment went smoothly. I was able to get a diagnosis and prescription called into my pharmacy.

They opened on time and the staff was friendly and ready for work. The doctor was very professional and concerned about my issue. She had me to return for a follow up and was pleased with the results of the medication prescribed. They all get a BIG thumbs up

Today, July 5th, 2024, not only was I dealing with an extreme toothache/ headache, I was also grieving the next day being the 2 year anniversary of my dear husband’s passing. Of course like most I wasn’t too thrilled to have to come to a doctor’s office, especially having issues with my insurance card at a previous location. But my experience At Midwest Express Clinic on 111th was great from beginning to end and I felt like everyone was on point and helpful. My visit to the ME Clinic, was a very good experience. From the quick and courteous check-in, effective triage, to further examination that was professional and reasuring, I appreciated all those that aided me. I am glad I made the visit.

The providers and back end staff are great, however they need extra help at the front desk. Ty get have only 1 person that’s answering phones, checking people and, checking out, doing follow up calls, etc like 1 person this is insane. I literally finished getting seen 47 minutes ago, waited need for for my prescription to come through that still has not. I called Midwest to see an update front desk kept me on hold so long until the robotic helper clicked in. I then drove back over to Midwest still on hold for it to be no one at the desk and she just has the phone sitting on the desk of the hook smdh! Sat and waited another 12 minutes just for a paper prescription like this is insane. Please get more front desk help. Other than that I really love the clinic in and out service.

I have never experience a place with this nice of staff. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor. Every person here is excellent and so very nice. I would recommend to absolutely anyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such kind and prompt service.

We are so fortune to have Midwest in the neighborhood! The experience every time has been consistent and exceptional. Every person we encounter from the front desk to the clinicians, treat us respectfully and are unbelievably professional. I appreciate that they respect privacy as well. The staff waits until you’re being triaged to ask reason for your visit. The waiting area is small and not private, anyone can easily hear what’s going on, so it’s very appreciated and appropriate.

The person working the front desk on 9/12/24 around 2pm needs to work on her customer service skills… big time.

I was seen by Kasey Wade, APN for illness. She was awesome. Extremely thorough and understanding and seemed to really care how I was feeling. She spent time in the room with me explaining her reasoning for certain medications she prescribed. She treated me appropriately for what symptoms I was experiencing. She said she usually does not work at my clinic but I would love to be seen under her care again when ill. I’d like to add that I had an 8:50 appointment time and waited maybe 5 minutes in the lobby. It was super quick and efficient! I’ve been to this clinic before and had great experiences.

I sat in the waiting room for about 4 minutes and the doc listened to my concerns and tried to get any understanding…The doctor even answered my questions without making me feel like I was crazy!! I would visit again!!!

I saw Debra Gbabiri after hitting my head and experiencing concussion symptoms. I wasnt informed she was a NP. She saw me for a total of 3-5 minutes and said If you didnt pass out after hitting your head, you dont have a concussion and you are fine (as someone with a neuro/healthcare background I was aware that this, as well as other info shared was not accurate. I got a second opinion and was immediately diagnosed with a concussion. Debra is friendly, but I suggest you seek someone more attentive and knowledgeable in certain areas.

This Midwest Urgent care facility in Mt Greenwood gets an A+ in every category! From the intake person to the doctor to my departure I was treated in the most superior way. The facility was moderately busy and yet they treated everyone as though they were the only one there. The paperwork was strait forward and easy to fill out. The facility itself was so clean and welcoming. My doctor took his time to understand the facts of my needs, made a diagnosis, wrote a script, and I was free to go.I could go on and on. If you need urgent care visit Mt Greenwood MidWest Clinic.

The frontdesk person that is part of intake could have been a little more receptive and friendly to the customers/patients that was coming in. However, the young lady he did my actually physical intake was amazing and thorough. The Nurse practioner seems somewhat knowledgeable of my issue. Overall, good experience with the visit.

Went in for my ankle hurting and being swollen and it was red and the doctor only made me move it and told me I can look up my own movements for my ankle to stop hurting. Did not really tell me anything medical wise and just prescribed steroids. Also, did not give me any summary documents to take with me. Do not recommend coming to this clinic.

The entire experience was excellent! All of the employees were kind, patient and knowledgeable! I had an 8:15 appt and was called soon after. The technician was efficient - taking my vitals, asking about symptoms, giving me a required test. When I entered the next room I was immediately seen by a physician assistant who also asked about my symptoms, listened to my heart and lungs with deep breathing. She suggested I either had pneumonia or bronchitis. She told me I needed an x-ray and said that after a radiologist saw the x-rays and gave her the findings she would call; and she did within the hour. Also within that hour I picked up the prescription. Again, a wonderful experience! Thanks to all the employees at Midwest Express Clinic!

Very friendly staff and the doctor was amazing- she definitely chose the profession that fits her. She was patient and the patient and took the time to ensure that what was being said was understood. If theres a need for urgent care well definitely be going there and we didnt have to wait long for service.

I stopped in today for the first time without an appointment. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish! Staff is so friendly and caring, especially Debbie and Mariah! I definitely recommend this facility!

The staff at the front desk were patient and professional. The wait to see the doctor was shorter than seeing my own primary, which is why I scheduled this service in the first place. The doctor I saw was genuinely kind. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. She promised to call me with the results of the imaging within 2 hours, but called back after approximately 45 minutes. The 5 star review was earned.

After waiting 45 minutes, they told me that I could wait in the car and they would call me. 1hour later, I come in and they said they already called my name. I came in early to see the ultrasound tech and since she leaves at 4, and now I’ve waisted 3 hours still nothing. I asked to speak with the manager and no one is in charge according to the front desk operator. Do not recommend 0/10.

I had a huge blister on the bottom of my foot and Dr. Will did his thing, he explained what he was doing very thoroughly . He got all of the fluids out the blister when I say all I mean all when I walked out of there I didn’t need the cane that I came with. He also did a culture to find the source of the problem.Shout out to the whole medical team you all are amazing!!!

The office staff, nurse, and nurse practitioner were so kind. They listened to my concerns and moved quickly.

Went to another Urgent Care but the wait was two hours. Called Midwest Express, got in quickly and all services needed were performed in under one hour. The staff was friendly and through. The triage nurse explained what each procedure was for and I felt very relaxed. The doctor asked a lot of questions and did several test before determining my issue. Medication was subscribed but I was given the OPTION of taking it or not. Thats unusual for doctors to give you options. This will be my Urgent Care facility going forward.P.S. While at home the other Urgent Care facility called to see if I still want to come in. I said, No, Im home relaxing now.

Renita and Debbie were great. I would highly recommend coming here for any needs. They are very knowledgeable and will be sure to listen to the issues your having that brought you in throughly.

Ive been here several times over the past few years.I was a walk in today with a small toe injury.From registration to triage to my exam with Loretta and xrays. I was pretty much in out in an hour. Ive always been satisfied with the care there. Thank you

Everyone was great. Making appointment online was easy. Staff was excellent and provided excellent care to diagnose my upper respiratory infection. Prescribed a Z-pack antibiotic and a follow up visit in a week. Feeling better after one day of the treatment. Four more to go! I never used an express or urgent care facility before but will in the future if needed.

I was at work today & needed to see a doctor AS my personal doctor couldnt see me until October... Let me start by saying your doctors are fabulous & the nurses are too... BUT OMG the female at the front desk (named Meghan) is VERY and i MEAN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to patients & other staff members & SOMEBODY NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS!

Not usually one to post public reviews, but I really thought it was necessary to share my experience. I was in and out in about an hour. My doctor was kind, relatable and straight to the point. If you need urgent care, please give them a try. Im grateful that theyre in the neighborhood!

If I could give 0 starts I would. My wife had 2 visits. First visit they did some tests so I understand you pay for visit + tests separately. Second visit my wife waited ONLY 2 minutes she was give the results NO FURTHER QUESTIONS, just results that we already paid for that, and for that they again billed $94. Won’t recommend this place anymore to anyone

I usually go to the midwest off 127th but this one on 111th is just a great and I have no complaints so far.

We had the best experience ever at Midwest. We received care from Lori, a RN / PHD. My daughter was hysterical due to being fearful of getting an eraser out of her ear. Lori showed so much care, compassion, patience & knowledge. We were very impressed with her skill set. I highly recommend Midwest based on Lori’s performance.

Just wow! Tried going to Advocate doc in a box urgent care. They opened at 8. I arrived at 8:30. They said they werent taking any more patients at all. Came to Midwest Express. They were also slammed with patients but I was seen within an hour!!! I had a cough and asked if I could wait in the car so I could breathe more easily and they happily accommodated me and just called when it was my turn. Definitely got more thorough exam than I have with hospital affiliated urgent care clinics. They will definitely be my first choice next time!!!

The staff was very friendly and quick. My daughter is autistic and can be a little antsy however the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable about how to handle her. Really good experience.

George the Advanced Degree Nurse Practioner gave me a thorough examination. I was out of there shortly after. Im improving already. The practitioner listen carefully to me and responded to my concerns, I was satisfied with my visit to this clinic I will be going back there if I have to and I will recommend this site to family and friends..

Very smooth and easy to see somebody for any urgent care. I recommend checking into website ahead of time before you go there, so you dont have to wait too long. Be aware if you have any ongoing health issues, best to go to your primary- the doctors/nurses here see a lot of patients and are constantly rotating so you wont probably see the same person if you need a quick follow up.

Please stay away from this clinic. All they care about is making you pay as much as they can. My sister and I went there and they were so unprofessional and they try to get us to pay for exams that we didn’t need it. I over heard them talking about charging us for a consult when we just needed a test, when I confronted them they took the charge out. Worst clinic ever, they also try to make us do a pregnancy test when it was not needed. We went to another clinic and they told us that the pregnancy test was unnecessary.

Thanks for taking really good care of my daughter and seeing her right away for her rash as a walk-in. Thankful she didn’t have to wait long as diaper rash is very painful for babies. She’s is doing so much better.

Thank you for seeing me as an individual and not a medical book. I recently saw Patrice for pink eye, and Scorpia yesterday for a swollen, extremely painful knee. Both are excellent providers!! Thank you both for your compassion and genuine nature!!!

The Hispanic woman who’s the doctor had a horrible attitude. She literally rolled her eyes at me because I wasn’t specific enough for her with one of my answers. It was a very rushed process. They let ANYBODY work in healthcare these days. Unprofessional and rude! Stay away from this clinic.

First time visit for me. Very efficient and attentive front desk. Got in for the preliminary part of exam very quickly and was examined by the doctor right after that. I felt very comfortable with the exam and the treatment program which included a chest xray. Doctor called within 2 hrs with the final result. Very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely go back again.

I was happily surprised. My insurance company give a list of location near me. Id gotten of work just visit an urgent care service. Id been sick for about 3 days and taking over the counter meds. That didnt seem to help. So, Id decide to go to a center nearest my home. When in the waiting room was overflowing with people. Once Id made it to the front desk I was told I needed to take a covid test before I could be seen. I left and got a covid test, COVID-19 which was negative, which already knew. I went to this 1st center waited in line, again and callled to the desk to complete my paperwork. Waited for them to review my symptoms and was told the doctor wouldnt see me and they advised me to go the E.R... This place was a complete waste of time.Your clinic was the 3rd on my list nearest me. I was Very happily surprised with the whole visit: your front desk person was very pleasant and effective with all the that came thur the door. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant. And finally the practitioner I saw was just Great, pleasant, upbeat, generally concerned about well being, advising of my high blood pressure readings. Your clinic and staff was a complete 360 of my earlier experience at another clinic. On a scale of 1 to 10 your clinic is most definitely 15.

Walked in on a late Friday afternoon for an X-ray. I called and spoke with Janna (I’m pretty sure that was her name) and she was friendly and very accommodating. In fact, everyone was amazing. The wait time wasn’t too bad, in and out in just over an hour. Honestly, I would absolutely go back if needed, although hopefully I don’t!

From the moment I first called for info on services, to the last person that spoke to us walking out the door, we received nothing but great service. My son was made to feel comfortable, heard and not rushed at all.

I had to get an ultrasound due to an ongoing issue I had and the one I scheduled was not until April 20th. I went into this location thanks to my good friend Jazmin Morales whom recommended me to go, and they got to it right away. It was such a comfortable experience. The staff was super nice and respectful. Overall, such a great experience from the minute I walked in, till I walked out. I will def continue going to them.

I had the experience of visiting Midwest Express clinic for the first time. The office was very clean, staff was very polite. I was pleased with my visit. The only thing I didn’t like was the area of check in for HIPPA reasons seeing that I work in. Hospital the area shid be designed a tad bit more private but over all my experience was great

A wonderful, clean facility with excellent staff. I called ahead to be put on the waiting list and register which made the process even smoother. The staff and nurse practitioner listened and took my concerns seriously which, unfortunately, is not always the case in other medical institutions (even my GP).They worked hard to fit in the various tests I needed despite already having appointments scheduled. The woman who did the ultrasound was so nice and the room oddly relaxing. I thought I might fall asleep!This is the only location I have been to but I would drive the 45 minutes from where I live to have a pleasant urgent care experience again.

I was so happy that I was able to make a same day appointment on their website. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and checked in very efficiently. I waited about 20 minutes to be seen which was perfectly fair given the nature of the clinic. Dr. Para was super sweet and patient in removing the VERY embedded splinter in my toe! She even knew when to tag someone in when she was having a tough time due to how deep it was. Overall, great customer service and patient care. 😁.

So because its basically for the poor means poor service? First the redhead needs to go! Second, stop taking peoples money and giving them shoddy service or saying and telling them anything just to get them in and out. Apparently they dont communicate with one another, My follow up was supposed to include a different medication however, I just picked up the medication and its the exact same one prescribed as before. Now Im calling the facility and getting a sound as if its a fax machine number. People are stressed, and the little bit of money that people have they deserve better than this. The ghetto receptionist / whatever she supposed to be needs to go. Periodtt! Do better! Hire better! There are people who would do this job with character and integrity, apparently you dont have them.

I made an appt for a lead screening for my child. I’m told the machine isn’t working properly after doing a finger stick on my daughter’s finger. Toddlers with any vaccine or finger sticks have a hard time as it is now I was being asked to go get another finger prick due to them not checking their equipment. Then they wanted me to drive over 30-40 minutes away. You failed to check you have working equipment and the service today left my daughter feeling upset and crying while I now have to figure out where to take her and get another test. Now I won’t be back for this type of screening again.

Will not be returning to this clinic. Used to be great I don’t know what happened. Communication is terrible here.

I visited on 8/06/22. The wait was not long at all. The staff was great. The nurse practitioner was soooooo caring and compassionate. I cannot remember her name, but she was so nice to me. I was nervous about the appointment, and she talk to me throughout the entire process. I was so tense, but she relieved all my worries.

Dr. Will was very friendly and made my 7 month old calm. He was also very informative about an allergy reaction my boy was experiencing.

I went to Midwest Express in Mt. Greenwood because I wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days. They had me in and out quickly, and everyone there was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend going there if you need to be seen for anything.

I have been to this location and the one in Tinley probably a total of five times with my kids. It’s been a great experience every time. Short waits, friendly staff and thorough consults.

Went on line to pre-register. Receptionist was exceptional. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Was like this with all patients. Nurse checking us in was the same. The nurse practitioner was very Courteous, attentive to our needs, listened to our concerns. We have a follow-up soon. We will definitely recommend Midwest Express Clinic.

Check in was fast , testing quick. The doc I saw— sorry I don’t remember her name saved my life. I thought I had a bad tooth abscess and she saw immediately that it was more serious and sent me on to the ER . Highly recommend!

First time ever using a clinic like this. Had some doubts but was quickly put to rest! The staff was quick and efficient. The nurse practitioners were amazing. Talked through everything they were about to do. Will definitely be headed back if their services are needed.

I was in and out in no time. Although there were several patients there, they make you feel as if you are the only one. I went here because my regular doctor didnt help me and I went back to see him and he wasnt available. I feel that the doctor at Midwest did a far better job than my own doctor. She took time and asked a lot of questions. Im due for a follow up this coming Saturday. My doctor didnt ask me to schedule a follow up. So, I may just stop using my doctor and just go to Midwest. They were quick but, took time to really check what was wrong. I really recommend them.

This Urgent Express Clinic is awesome! Love the fact that they have access to X-rays. Most other locations I’ve been to don’t have access to X-rays. Very friendly staff and doctors! Most importantly they care for patient’s health. Mom had a very bad cough and was very weak, she needed immediate care and they gave it to her! They even prescribed her antibiotics for pneumonia and got out of the clinic just in time to pick up her medication at the pharmacy. If I would have taken her to the hospital it would’ve been 12 hours before they would treat mom. This urgent clinic is very convenient especially for mom! Went in due to a very bad sore throat. I was concerned I might have strep. Everyone at the clinic was very nice, tested me for strep, and reassured me the test was negative. I left feeling much less worried.

Amazing experience, Dr. William Siedras was extraordinary took he’s time with my 11yr old daughter run all testing that need it to be done made my daughter feel really comfortable as she’s is very shy and is hard for her ti trust a male Dr. due to anxiety but he sure guide her step by step and explained us the process of testing so that we would understand everything as well as he make sure to answer all of our questions and concerns . He was very humble Funny and kind I couldn’t be more please with the service and the experience of Midwest Express Clinic Dr. Debbie is an amazing Dr. as well always very pleasant, kind and humble she’s just the best , this place is the best place when you and your family need health care.
