Fast Med Urgent Care

I recently visited Fast Med Urgent Care and had an excellent experience. I was able to make an appointment that same day, and when I arrived, the front desk checked me in right away. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff was truly amazing—friendly, caring, and attentive. The facility was spotless and very clean, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Fast Med Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt and professional care.

I was visiting Pikesville from out of the country where I live so I didn’t have a local doctor in Pikesville. I chose Fast Med because it was convenient to where I was staying. I was exceptionally satisfied with the care I received. The PA was thoroughly professional-asked the necessary questions, listened to my answers & concerns & was patient. She ended up prescribing an antibiotic because she diagnosed that I had an infection. From the first dose I began to feel noticeably better. I highly recommend Fast Med urgent care.The PA was considerate to check my prescription insurance coverage to recommend the most economical way to obtain the medicine whether over-the-counter or by prescription.

Very nice place. Easy to register on the computer. They also take most insurances and get you out in a timely matter. The place was clean and only 1 person was in there before. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the doctor. I will use this urgent care center again if needed.

I went in because I was having problems with my throat & the doctor recommended a strep throat test even though I was sure that was not the issue. I had her do the test anyways and it was not strep throat. She gave me antibiotics that ended up not helping at all.Typically I would just be done with it. I was charged $145 and that was supposed to be it. Two weeks after my visit I was charged another $100 without my authorization and was told I owed even more through emails and text messages that I got. I went back in person to dispute the charges and was told it would be taken off. It never was. I do not recommend.

The staff is amazing they really help me a lot. I Dont not have too wait soo long and I recommend this urgent care. They are very good and they know the staff. I will let more people too come too you.

Fairly easy check-in. Waited less than 10 minutes. Medical Assistant was friendly, efficient, charming. Doctor Chircus had a pleasant demeanor, good sense of humor, and took time to answer my questions about the minor surgery he recommended. Performed the procedure well. Hope I dont need their services any time soon but wont hesitate to return.

I came here because it was close by. Called ahead since the website appointment schedule option was not working. The receptionist said just come on in, the wait is not long maybe 30 minutes. I arrived and was still in the waiting room 2 hours later. It sounded like business meetings going on in the back maybe the staff was busy with that I still don’t know. However I will never come back. Had I been given accurate information on the phone, I would have known 30 minutes was not accurate. There did not seem to be a lot of people they are just very slow. Never again. Waste of 2.5 hours for a sore throat when I could have gone somewhere else. We left before my daughter was seen…still in the waiting room.

PA and NP were great. Front office could use a little work. I dont know if the person at the front desk was new but it took her a little while to get my husband checked in. Not sure if she knew how to do the Medicare and supplement ins information. All was good in and out within 45 minutes.

I am here in Baltimore on vacation and unfortunately had a medical emergency and came in without an appointment. My experience here was amazing, from the receptionist, to the nurse, and doctor. Broke everything down for me, explained everything and the process. Very nice professional staff, and would recommend to anyone looking to be seen. Thank you

Everyone was amazing, fast and helpful! Loved the person taking vitals- she made me feel comfortable and at ease when I was nervous. The NP was very informative and patient which was sooo needed. THANK YOU!

I was treated with respect, was acknowledged appropriately and given information that was pertinent to my diagnosis.I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone was kind, and the doctor especially was more than kind. She was easy to talk to, and very personable as well as Medically knowledgeable. She was confident, and that confidence helped me to feel more at ease

Fast Med Urgent Care is easily one of the most efficient, professional, and friendliest urgent cares I’ve ever been to. From start to finish, the entire visit was quick and smooth. This place is pretty clean and the staff there took pretty good care of me.Highly recommend!

I was worried about the amount of time I was going to have to wait. I was taken back within 5 minutes.The people in the office were perfect. Very professional, very personable and explained exactly what was going to be done. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone else.

The PA was very thorough and efficient. Only problem was when I got the prescription from the pharmacy it didn’t include med for Covid. I couldn’t take paxlovid because it interfered with another drug. I called back and gave her the name of the med my PCP gave me when I had Covid in 2022.

This is a wonderful walk in office. It is exceptionally clean and neat. The PA and Med Technicians are knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I highly recommend this facility.

It’s close to home and fast, but other than that I didn’t like the vibe. I got the feeling that perhaps I am not the correct clientele… the medical assistant didn’t wear gloves . The PA could have better bedside manner.

The wait time was long , but , I was satisfied with the health service I was given . I did not make an appointment , so , some of the wait was justified .

The company went out of their way to resolve my insurance issue. Very satisfied.

Nice people but totally inefficient. Doctored spent less that two minutes with me. They said they sent.a prescription to my pharmacy who never received it. I even called them from the pharmacy and they said they sent it. Had lab work done and there was no follow up with me. TERRIBLE place!

Not the biggest wait, but things moved smoothly after I got back. And they were super-nice about me being sick in their exam room.

Dont need a swab or anything because youll have to do it yourself. Youll even have to scan the QR code for instructions. Smh
