ApproXie Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic - Athens

After many referrals from friends I ended up taking my son to this urgent care. He had a nasty virus and was feeling rough. We were worried about sitting in a waiting room full of germs for hours, but thankfully that wasnt the case. The staff was amazing...there was barely any wait time....they quickly ran tests.. did a thorough exam....wrote a prescription....typed a doctors excuse for school and we were out of there. I was very impressed with the cleanliness as well. Every person there made sure to tell my son to feel better soon. I will spread the word to anyone that is sick. They really are great!

We are traveling for the Holidays and not feeling great. We were able to get in and out quickly and the staff was so sweet. Ty was our NP and she was the best and took very good care of us. She was knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend seeing them if you need urgent care!

Excellent Care. The staff were very nice and welcoming. They were very informative about the process of being seen. The NP seemed very knowledgeable. She offered treatment options and gave recommendations based on my personal medical history. Very pleased with the service and care. This will be my “go to clinic” when my MD is unavailable.

Amazing I can’t remember the PA name but she took the time to listen to me and all my concerns. Her treatment plan for my little one was amazing. Will definitely be back in the future if we have any urgent needs . All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to an urgent care in ardmore an hour before their closing time. One woman was rude and none of them wanted to help me even when I offered to pay cash instead of using insurance all because they were closing. I came here 10 minutes before their closing time (same day) and got treated as if I were actually a person! Staff was friendly and considerate! 10/10 recommend!

Excellent experience! The staff is extremely caring and helpful, the provider is very knowledgeable and kind, and the clinic is clean and state of the art. From check in to check out, the entire process is smooth and efficient with no wait time. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience! There was no wait, the staff was friendly and helpful. They called with lab results like they said they would and send genuinely concerned when they asked if I was feeling better with the medication they prescribed. I will definitely be back!

I took my daughters up there to get checked out,and the staff was very helpful and very caring 10 out of 10.. Would definitely use them in the future!😀😃😄😄They really outdone there selfs with there Christmas decorations. These are my two daughters.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at ApproXie Athens! The service is just as good as the other locations throughout the Tennessee Valley. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The nurse and the medical assistants were angels, focused on providing the best care! I highly recommend approXie and I will definitely be back whenever I feel sick or need a physical done!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming into the urgent care. The ladies up front even had conversations with me and my son. The nurse practioner was patient, listened to me and I didnt feel rushed at all. Will definitely come back to this location for mine and my sons medical needs. I’m highly unsatisfied with this business. I went in signed in as did a few ahead of me and a few after. But for some reason I was skipped not once or twice but three times. I had turned in my paperwork before the other three.
