The lady who assisted me was exceptionally kind and professional. The environment was spotless, and she patiently answered all my questions, making my first experience testing directly at a lab smooth and comfortable. I will definitely return if I need any additional tests in the future.

Very happy with my experience here. I was able to get in right away. The facility was stark but clean. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful. I was so pleased with the service, I got additional testing done for food sensitivities, and will be going back for some of their other optional testing for hormones so i can optimize my healthcare.

Jay was fantastic!! Go to the Allen location!! I always am so nervous when getting my blood drawn and he made me feel so comfortable! He drew my blood in less than 5 minutes and it normally takes many sticks & he did it the first go around. He is AMAZING!!!!

This location is way better than the Walmart location in prosper. Prosper location is combative and rude. And dirty. This Allen location is clean, not as busy, and the dr onsite gets you in and out in NO time. Is is also funny to boot.

I had been running around all day, been to 3 different places before this trying to get my school drug test done and waited up to three hours somewhere else just to get sent to a different location. Both the establishment and the staff were excellent. My company had a mishap in registering my employment for a drug test that cost an hour and a half of time, and throughout out all of it Jigar(the manager) was exceptionally accommodating and patient, making every effort to rectify the issue. Once it was resolved, the test was done quickly, and he was efficient with running through the appointments that arrived while we were still figuring things out. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Came here because other places were booked and they had good reviews, but there werent a lot of them. I decided to take a chance here. The place was very clean and basically a brand new building. Had blood work done only stuck me once and didnt fish around in there(which hurts and bruises) I will be back here again. Such a fast turn around as well, and staff was very nice.
