Our Process

Step 1. Matching

Once your prescreening is complete, you will be offered a potential match based upon the criteria you have specified. A match meeting will be scheduled, either in person or via videoconference. After the match meeting, you will have the opportunity to decide whether you wish to move forward.

Step 2. Screening

If you accept a match, you will travel to the intended parents' IVF clinic for further screening. If you are married, your spouse will also need to participate in the screening. Depending on the location of the IVF clinic, you should expect to be away from home for 1-2 days.

Step 3. Legal

If you are approved by the IVF clinic, then your match will move to the contract phase. You will be referred to your own attorney for contract negotiations. If you are married, your husband will need to participate in the contract process. Your legal fees will be paid by the intended parents.

Step 4. Pregnancy

Once the legal contract has been signed, you can begin preparing for the embryo transfer process. You will need to again travel to the IVF clinic for 1-3 days, as determined by your doctor. Once your pregnancy is confirmed, you will be released to your local OBGYN for prenatal care and your monthly compensation payments will begin.

Step 5. Birth Certificate

Working in coordination with the delivery hospital and the intended parents' legal team, we will ensure that the birth certificate does not name you as a parent. The intended parents will assume all responsibility for the child after the birth. You will receive your final compensation payment shortly after the .delivery
